One Republic Pulled me From the Toilet of Depression Today.

To experience this post in its fullest, click play on the video first and read on: Aint' nothing that can't be fixed by some "One Republic" and a joint. Stress has been piling up daily like garbage trucks at the city dump on the day after the garbage strike ended. We've been living at the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles. Or, as I affectionately refer to them, the "Department of Mismanagement and Villians") for the past month or so.

(As before; for best effect, click play before continuing with the post)

We're mixed up in this registration/emissions bullshit run-around, and when we try to ask them what to do to ameliorate the error, they don't know!! Seriously!! If they have to go ask their supervisor one more time, I'm going to go over to the supervisor and say, "Let's have a chat, shall we?" Apparently now, we have to drive up to Denver and talk to some other idiot and on and on it goes. As if this isn't enough for a neurotic, schizoaffective, a.d.d., sensory disordered, shell of humanity with P.T.S.D, I'm struggling lately with the kind of depression that takes your breath away and your chest feel like it's going cave-in on you.

But, with a little help from my friends in "One Republic" I'm above water again and can see the sun after about a month of being down in the old abandoned well. It's nice to be back.

LOVE the videos, if I had any money to spare I'd order some DVD's of theirs. Right now we're trying to not lose our house, something many in this land of free can identify with. (Have you ever felt more like f*** you Americans, while Washington says something else?) Glad you're feeling better, to put it mildly. Depression sucks the big one. Mary

I'm glad you're above the water again. And thank you for sharing the videos! Good luck with that D.M.V. bullshit, bureacracy sucks. But the good news is, Wall Street is currently occupied by good people.
